Now discover our powerful all-in-one solution: the 5in1 EGR & Carb Cleaner. We have joined forces of two separate products, namely the 5in1 EGR & Turbo Cleaner and the 5in1 Carburettor Cleaner, to offer you a complete cleaner for both the EGR valve and carburettor. This advanced formula ensures optimal operation of your engine and offers a range of benefits.
In older vehicles with carburettors and modern vehicles with EGR systems, deposits can form that can harm engine performance. The combustion process in the combustion chamber causes deposits to form on the EGR valve that can seriously damage the engine. A dirty EGR valve can possibly cause a ticking/knocking engine. This is due to poor combustion. As the engine does not run smoothly, parts in the engine may break down, necessitating engine overhaul. Our 5in1 EGR & Carb Cleaner is designed to address these problems and keep your engine in top condition.
Features
- Effectively removes deposits and lacquer-like substances in the turbocharger, EGR system, intake, throttle valve and combustion chamber, restoring your engine's power.
- Quickly and effectively removes oil, grease and fuel residues from the intake and carburettor, and degreases throttle valves, as well as internal and external parts of the idle speed system and the complete carburettor.
- Your engine performs better, resulting in smoother idling and reduced fuel consumption.
- The life of sensitive engine components, such as catalytic converters and particulate filters, is extended.
- Our formula reduces harmful emissions, helping you contribute to a cleaner environment.
- The EGR & Carb cleaner works quickly and leaves absolutely no residue.
Instructions for use
For sticky EGR valve, intake / throttle valve deposits and combustion chamber cleaning: Disassemble the air intake hose. Remove contamination as much as possible by hand / cloth. Start the engine, make sure it has reached a normal temperature and switch off the engine. Use the long nozzle to enter the intake / manifold (when necessary with throttle body open enter), slowly retract the nozzle during injection with a 1 movement of up to 5 seconds. Ensure that the entire inlet is treated. Allow the product to soak in for 5 minutes. Partially close (about 75%) the air inlet entrance to speed up the airflow and create better mixing of the product in the airflow. Start the engine and let it run at around 2,000 rpm. Then spray the product into the air intake with short bursts (around 2 seconds). Make sure the rpm is back to 2,000 (revs) before injecting the next 2-second dose.
Use the full contents of the spray can and let the engine idle for at least 3 minutes after the last treatment before turning off the engine. In case the engine stalls against or starts knocking heavily, stop spraying immediately. Make sure the catalytic converter and particulate filter do not overheat.
In case of malfunctioning EGR or turbo with heavy carbon deposits. Shake well before use. Disassemble the parts (Turbo & EGR housing). Spray the product on the deposits in the EGR housing and Turbo. Allow the product to penetrate for a few minutes. If necessary, use a brush or cloth to remove loose deposits. Ensure parts are dry before fitting.
Dosage : The content of 1 aerosol can is sufficient to clean the EGR + Turbo, Intake and combustion chamber.
For the carburettor:
Shake well before use. Spray the parts to be treated intensely from a distance of approx. 20 cm so that the deposits begin to decompose and evaporate. Dry the treated parts with compressed air. Cleaning air intake and throttle valve: Remove air filter, make sure engine is at operating temperature. Ensure choke is open , spray into intake at short intervals. Apply throttle if necessary to avoid engine stalling. Repeat until all parts are clean.
Dosage
To be used as needed. Repeat treatment a few times if deemed necessary.
